4D Hair Studio was born from the vision of Mário Lamas and Ana Carvalho and is joined by Ricardo Neves — three journeys combining technique, aesthetic sensitivity and genuine attention to each client’s experience.
At 4D, we believe a hair or beard service should go beyond technical execution. We want to understand the person, their context, their routine and the intention behind every change. That is what makes our team an extension of the studio’s identity.
Mário Lamas approaches hair and beard work with a strong focus on image, structure and identity. He brings together men’s grooming, technical cutting, visagism and an interest in scalp regeneration in a highly personal and refined approach. An experienced trainer, he also serves on the board of the Associação dos Cabeleireiros de Portugal (Portuguese Hairdressers Association).
Ana Carvalho combines aesthetic sensitivity, technical precision and close client care. She works across women’s hair, color, styling and wellbeing experiences, always with attention to detail and comfort throughout the service. She is a Paul Mitchell educator and a scalp diagnostics specialist.
Excellence in barbering is built through dedication and consistency. With a decade of experience in the industry, Ricardo combines mastery of the classic cut with an exclusive, personalized service. Trained at Dourocab and a Crazybull Hair (Bru.nes) ambassador, he has deepened his technique alongside leading trainers — Luke James Dolan (Uppercut) and José Carlos Tavares (Wahl) — and through numerous American Crew and LVM workshops. In his chair, technical precision comes first, in a refined setting where attention to detail prevails and every client receives the time and care they need.
